You'll sit at the heart of a newly restructured Board, leading financial strategy, commercial performance, and long‑term sustainability across a diverse portfolio of estates, facilities, sustainability, medical engineering and capital project services. What you'll lead
- Long‑term financial strategy, planning and reporting.
- Commercial strategy, contract performance and negotiations.
- Business development and growth opportunities.
- Governance, assurance and risk management.
- Efficiency, transformation and value‑for‑money programmes.
- A professional accountancy qualification (CIPFA, CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW).
- Senior financial leadership experience in a contract‑driven environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing FM/estates contracts.
- A collaborative, values‑driven approach aligned with public‑service ethos.
- Experience working with public‑sector clients - ideally the NHS.
- Demonstrates and champions Vital Services and BWC NHSFT values - ambitious, brave, compassionate.
- Operates with integrity, transparency, and commercial discipline.
