Our client's leveraged and acquisition finance team operates as a fully integrated global practice acting for banks, sponsors, corporates, credit funds and alternative lenders on some of the most complex, challenging and innovative transactions worldwide. Our practice is broad and includes acting on public bids, private acquisitions and other event driven financings, leveraged financings, investment grade loans, working capital facilities, asset backed and receivables financings and trade financings as well as general corporate treasury matters.
The stellar team has the characteristics you'd expect from a top tier global legal practice. They act for first class clients doing headline-making cross-border transactions, they have the highest standards and demand a lot from themselves and and they're passionate about their clients and the work they do.
Currently very busy, with an exciting pipeline of work, the group is seeking 2 hire an associate and a senior associate to join their burgeoning international team. Compensation is very competitive, whilst wlb and flexible working remain key to the firm's working culture.
