Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT / ECT) – Doncaster

About the Role
As a Newly Qualified Teacher working on supply in Doncaster, you will have the opportunity to teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 within a range of supportive school settings.
This Newly Qualified Teacher role in Doncaster is perfect for those looking to gain varied classroom experience, develop behaviour management skills, and grow in confidence without committing to a permanent position straight away.
Working as a Newly Qualified Teacher in Doncaster also gives you the flexibility to choose the schools and year groups that best suit your preferences. You will be supported by experienced school staff as well as your dedicated Academics consultant throughout your placements.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum
• Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
• Adapt teaching to suit a range of abilities and learning needs
• Promote positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing
• Monitor and assess pupil progress
• Work collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants and senior staff
• Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times
Candidate Requirements
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔ Newly Qualified Teacher or currently completing ECT induction
✔ Enthusiastic and eager to develop professionally
✔ Strong communication and classroom management skills
✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
