Multi Trade Operative Required – Gloucester/ Cheltenham

Experienced Multi Trade Operative required in the Gloucester/ Cheltenham areas to work with a busy and reputable contractor on a new reactive maintenance contract on social housing properties in the Gloucester and Cheltenham areas. 

This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £34,320 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 20 days holiday bank holidays and a pay day every 2 weeks. 

Multi Trade Operative Day to Day:

• All aspects of multi trade work on social housing properties
• Completing a variety of works in various trades
• Disrepair and maintenance duties
• Carpentry, masonry, minor plumbing, decorating etc.
• Dealing with customers and making them feel at ease
• Driving a company van safely
• Reporting to your supervisor

Multi Trade Operative Requirements:

• Good multi trade experience 
• Good all round tradesman
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
• DBS will be done for successful candidate
