We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly organised HR Officer on behalf of one of our clients.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational HR support to the business, ensuring that HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with company policies and employment legislation.
This is a varied and hands-on , ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working in a busy environment.
Duties and responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts of employment, and new starter documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction programmes to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Maintain recruitment records and track hiring progress.
Skills and experience
- Process employee lifecycle changes including starters, leavers, promotions, salary changes, and contract amendments.
- Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
- Produce HR reports and employee-related information as required.
