Branch Director / Senior Branch Manager – Trade, Merchant & Distribution Sector
Location: North West

This is a fantastic outstanding opportunity to lead a large branch within the trade and distribution sector. With full P&L responsibility and the autonomy to shape your branch’s strategy, this is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, professional environment.
About the Role:
As Branch Director, you’ll:
*Lead, inspire, and develop a large, high-performing team
*Drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service
*Build long-term customer relationships across the West Midlands
*Take ownership of the branch’s performance – operationally and financially
*Champion change, health & safety, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
You’re an experienced leader who thrives in a results-driven, customer-focused setting.
You will bring:
A passion to succeed and grow the business
Proven ability to drive sales through your team
Strong leadership and people development skills
Commercial acumen with full P&L accountability experience
Knowledge of current H&S legislation and operational best practices
A track record of managing large teams and high-turnover branches (ideally £10m+)
Background in trade, distribution, or high-volume retail (DIY, merchanting, etc.)
