If you’re looking for a Corporate Commercial Paralegal role that gives you more than admin, this could be a strong next step.
You’ll support a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including business transactions, commercial agreements and general corporate work. You’ll work closely with an experienced Corporate Director, developing your technical knowledge while becoming a trusted part of the team.

Who we’re looking for
- Legal Assistant, Paralegal or professional services admin experience (Essential)
- Corporate or commercial experience
- Relevant legal qualification
- Strong IT and audio typing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting corporate and commercial matters
- Opening files and managing onboarding documentation
- Drafting and amending legal documents and correspondence
- Managing diaries, meetings and scheduling
- Liaising with clients by phone and in person
- Supporting billing, invoices and financial administration
- Maintaining file records and compliance
- Supporting the wider team where needed
