Associate Tax Director - US Private Client Tax (HNW US Expatriates) - London

My client is a specialist boutique tax firm in London with multiple locations around the world. They are synonymous for providing Individual, partnership, corporate, trusts and estate tax compliance and advisory for anyone subjected to the US tax systems, wherever they may be in the world.
As they seek to meet the enormous demands for their services they are wanting to hire an Associate Tax Director or Senior Tax Manager to join their London office and co-lead the US tax compliance/consulting arm of their business. This is a great opportunity for a charismatic and entrepreneurial individual who has perhaps thought about setting up their own business but can see the benefits of having a firm to support their business development capabilities. This is also a good opportunity for a US or Canadian based US tax practitioner to move to London and become a household name in a vibrant London market.
You will have at least 15 years US tax compliance/consulting experience. You would have seen and regularly dealt with a wide spectrum of US tax issues faced by professionals and high net worth individuals. This should include, OVDI, CFC’s, PFIC’s, Multi Year filers and Americans entering the Tax compliance system for the first time.
You will be charismatic, have a passion for business development, outwardly facing, comfortable managing multiple client relationships, good at building relationships with Lawyers and Financial Advisers, Good team player and able to motivate and inspire junior staff members to deliver high levels of client service.
You will receive a high level of autonomy, competitive salary, bonuses based on performance and an expectation to move quickly into a Director role within the business.
