The Role

The Technical Event Project Manager role sits in the corporate division, owning client relationships and end–to–end delivery on high–budget events for a growing roster of agency clients across the UK and internationally.

– Lead delivery of corporate conferences, awards and multi–location tours

– Manage agency client relationships as the main day–to–day contact

– Take briefs, develop technical proposals and write specifications

– Produce CAD plans, schematics and health and safety documentation

– Manage project budgets from GBP100k to GBP250k–plus

– Coordinate internal teams across warehouse, production and project support

The Candidate

The right Technical Event Project Manager will have a track record in live corporate events and the AV knowledge to back it up: LED, projection, lighting, staging and vision control are all core territory here, alongside managing agency relationships, writing proposals and holding budget accountability.

A background in AV production or technical event supply is a natural fit, though candidates from in–house production teams or agency–side technical roles can be considered. CAD experience is beneficial. What matters is the ability to earn client trust and deliver confidently on complex, large–scale projects.
