Teaching Year 7-11 pupils with a range of special educational needs
Supporting and identifying pupils with physical, emotional, behavioural or learning difficulties
Strategic planning processes including leading change, creativity and innovation
Having a good understanding of 11-18 curriculum issues and planning
Managing staff well; seeing the relationship between CPD and sustained improvement
Working closely with teaching staff to ensure best provision for SEN pupils
Communicating a vision and inspiring others
Building effective working relationships
Managing change effectively
Liaising with parents and carers
