About the Role:
Oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and operation of school facilities
Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met across all areas
Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers effectively
Monitor and maintain budgets, supplies, and equipment
Coordinate and support any site developments, refurbishments, or projects
Work closely with school leadership to ensure facilities meet the needs of students and staff
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have significant experience in facilities or site management, preferably in an educational setting
Demonstrate excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Be proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Have strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team
