You'll join at a key stage in the firm's growth journey, helping to shape and develop the Manchester Employment team while benefiting from the backing, infrastructure and reputation of an established and profitable practice.
Whether your expertise lies in respondent work, claimant matters or a mix of both, you'll advise an impressive client base on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues, working alongside highly regarded lawyers across the wider business.

About You:
You'll be an experienced Employment Solicitor, Legal Director or Partner with:
- Significant experience advising employers and/or senior executives.
- A strong reputation in the Manchester legal market.
- The ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Commercial awareness and a collaborative approach to business development.
- A client following, or a clear business case for building one, would be advantageous.
