A specialist professional services business is seeking an experienced Deal Advisory Tax Senior Manager to join its growing Financial Services tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded tax professional to advise sophisticated investors and financial services businesses on a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, due diligence and restructuring.
The role offers significant client exposure, involvement in complex UK and international projects, and the opportunity to lead engagements, develop relationships and contribute to the growth of the wider tax offering. The successful candidate will have strong UK corporate tax experience, relevant transaction or financial services tax experience, excellent communication skills and a commercial approach.
Multiple UK locations and flexible working is available.
