Temporary Site Manager – Boston
£250 per day Umbrella or CIS
We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a planned works social housing refurbishment programme in the Boston area, initially on a temporary basis with potential for an extension.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of refurbishment works, leading direct and subcontracted trades and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven Site Management experience within planned works/refurbishment
Social housing experience, ideally working within live, occupied or void properties
Experience across kitchens & bathrooms, roofing/re-roofing and general refurbishment
Strong management of direct and subcontracted trades
SMSTS and CSCS
Asbestos Awareness
Full UK driving licence
