School Business Manager - Secondary School - Newcastle
A dynamic secondary school in Newcastle is seeking a skilled and resilient School Business Manager to join from January 2026 . The School Business Manager will oversee financial management, HR, estates, administration and compliance, working closely with the Headteacher and SLT. A structured handover period will be arranged prior to January 2026.

The School Business Manager will lead budget planning, produce reports, manage HR files, supervise support staff and oversee contracts, premises and health & safety. The school is looking for an individual with strong leadership, excellent organisational ability and confidence in managing multiple operational areas.

Experience & qualifications
– Experience within school or organisational operations
– Strong financial management and HR understanding
