You will take on a varied and high-quality caseload spanning both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, acting for employers, HR teams, and senior executives. Your work will cover everything from capability and conduct issues, redundancies, and TUPE through to whistleblowing, employment tribunal litigation, settlement negotiations, and trade union matters. The team has a particularly strong reputation within the education sector, offering you the opportunity to work closely with a diverse and high-quality client base. This is a role with excellent client exposure, direct Partner support, and genuine scope to take ownership of your work. You will be encouraged to get involved in business development and play an active role in shaping the continued growth and success of the practice. THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5+ years' PQE and a strong track record across both contentious and non-contentious employment work. You will have specialist employment law knowledge, with experience advising employers and senior executives, together with excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
