You will manage a varied caseload of contentious probate and trust disputes, including:

- Will validity challenges, inheritance claims, and estate disputes
- Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
- Trust disputes and disputes involving executors and beneficiaries
- Advising clients at pre-action stage and through to litigation and resolution
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and court documents
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
- Working closely with colleagues in the wider private client team
