- Rate: £600 per day | 6-month initial contract \n
- Location: London / Remote | Occasional client meetings and workshops \n
The Company
\nA rapidly growing transformation consultancy delivering high-impact programmes across financial services. The business has a strong pipeline of secured work and offers an entrepreneurial environment with significant autonomy and direct client exposure.
\n \nThe Project
\nYou’ll join a secured retail banking transformation programme , supporting the business side of a technology-enabled finance transformation. You'll be working across finance processes, controls, reporting and operating-model design, requiring a strong understanding of accounting principles alongside transformation expertise.
\n \nYou Will:
\n- \n
- Lead business transformation activity alongside a wider technology-enabled programme \n
- Translate technology change into operational, process and business impacts \n
- Build credibility with senior stakeholders and drive decisions forward \n
- Take ownership of programme delivery without relying on large supporting teams \n
- Identify priorities independently and turn them into practical actions and outcomes \n
You Will Need:
\n- \n
- Strong management consulting experience at Manager level (or above) \n
- Credible finance or accounting knowledge, ideally holding ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications \n
- Proven finance, business, operational or technology-enabled transformation delivery \n
- Excellent senior stakeholder, client-facing and programme delivery capabilities \n
- A hands-on approach and confidence operating independently within ambiguous environments \n
