As a Behaviour Support member of staff, you will work closely with teachers, pastoral teams and SEN staff to support pupils who may struggle with behaviour and engagement. You will help de-escalate situations, provide consistent support in lessons and encourage positive interactions across the school day. Responsibilities: * Support pupils with behaviour and engagement across the classroom * Work alongside teaching and pastoral staff to implement behaviour strategies * Help de-escalate challenging situations calmly and professionally * Provide 1:1 and small group support where required * Encourage positive behaviour, attendance and participation in learning * Maintain a structured and supportive learning environment Requirements: * Experience working with children or young people is desirable * Strong behaviour management and communication skills * Calm, confident and resilient approach * Ability to build positive relationships with students * Team-focused and adaptable attitude * Interest in supporting behaviour and pastoral development in schools This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a secondary school setting in Sheffield, supporting pupils to re-engage with their learning and school life.
