Business Development Manager - Sustainability & Responsible Business
London (Hybrid)
We are partnering with a leading global professional services firm to hire a Business Development Manager to support its Sustainability & Responsible Business practice.
This is a high-profile, international role working with senior stakeholders across ESG, climate, and human rights, helping drive client engagement, marketing initiatives, and strategic growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Support business development initiatives, pitches, and client engagement
- Deliver marketing campaigns, events, and thought leadership
- Manage ESG-related client requests and internal coordination
- Support profile-raising activity including directories and digital content
About you:
- 7-10 years' BD experience in legal or professional services
- Strong interest in sustainability/ESG
- Highly organised with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across global teams and managing multiple priorities
