Art Teacher - Portsmouth - Permanent - September 2026
Academics are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a successful secondary school in Portsmouth for a passionate and dedicated Art Teacher to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Art Teacher in Portsmouth who is looking to join a school with high expectations, a strong community ethos and a commitment to helping every student achieve their full potential. The successful Art Teacher will deliver engaging and creative lessons across KS3 and KS4, inspiring students to develop confidence, creativity and a genuine passion for Art. This Art Teacher role in Portsmouth would suit both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers looking to develop within a supportive secondary school environment.
To be considered for this Art Teacher opportunity in Portsmouth, you must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have the right to work in the UK. Applicants must also have, or be willing to apply and pay for, an enhanced DBS check.
