Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business through proactive prospecting, vessel visits and customer engagement.
- Managing, retaining and growing an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders including ship managers, ship owners, ship agents, Masters and senior vessel personnel.
- Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Generating, qualifying and following up sales leads.
- Maintaining accurate customer and activity records within CRM.
- Representing the business at regional maritime events and networking opportunities.
- Working closely with internal sales and operational teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Managing your own diary, pipeline and territory to achieve ambitious commercial targets.
