The Airbus Global Graduate Programme (AGGP) is a structured programme designed to develop the next generation of skilled experts and inspirational leaders at Airbus. Over two years you’ll be on a journey of development focusing on both soft skills and the technical abilities required for your position and business area. The journey will offer a range of approaches to learning like challenging placements, workshops, and job shadowing , all delivering an invaluable experience whilst growing a broad network. You’ll be part of a global cohort , working alongside talented individuals from around the world, and contributing to projects that push the boundaries of aviation and space .

Applications for AGGP 2027 will open on 7 September.

As an AGGPian, you’ll be immersed in the fascinating world of aerospace. You might find yourself working on:

• Supply chain and procurement strategies that ensure the smooth flow of materials across our global operations; and
• Business administration and finance roles that support the efficient running of our company.

You'll also have annual residential training with your cohort, designed to help you develop your soft skills and business acumen.
