Teacher of English Protocol Education are working with a Swindon based Secondary School to appoint an English Teacher on a Maternity Cover placement. The English Department The English department is highly successful because they are passionate about the subject, and engaging students throughout all Key Stages. They aim that they should enjoy their lessons and gain an ever better understanding of the world of literature and richness of the English language and so achieve great results at both GCSE and A level. This is in part achieved with a comprehensively planned and resourced curriculum which exposes them to a wide range of texts. It is further supported through building positive relationships with students and building emphasis on students taking responsibility for the level of their own success.
