£60k - £65k per annum Head of Private Client | £60,000-£65,000 | Partnership Potential Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor ready to lead a team and shape the future of a department? A well-established city-centre firm is looking for a senior Private Client Solicitor to join as Head of Department . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has reached a ceiling in a larger firm and is looking for a genuine leadership role with long-term partnership prospects. The Firm Known for its longstanding legal aid heritage and commitment to supporting vulnerable clients, this friendly and supportive firm combines strong private client work with a people-focused culture. You'll join a close-knit team where your contribution will be visible and valued. The Role You'll lead an established team of Solicitors, a Trainee and Support Staff, providing day-to-day supervision, mentoring and direction while continuing to handle quality private client work. What This Firm is Looking For
- Private Client Solicitor with 8+ years' PQE
- Strong technical private client experience
- Previous supervision or management experience
- Supportive, approachable leadership style
- Ambition to develop a team and department
- Desire to play a key role within a smaller, collaborative firm
- £60,000-£65,000 salary
