KS1 LSA - September Start

We’re working with friendly and supportive primary schools across BS6 who are looking for Learning Support staff to join their KS1 teams from September. These are schools where curiosity is encouraged, progress is celebrated, and every adult in the classroom plays a vital role in helping children grow in confidence, independence, and love for learning. What your role will involve: Supporting teaching and learning within KS1 classroomsWorking closely with teachers to help deliver engaging lessonsProviding 1:1 and small group support where neededHelping children develop early literacy, numeracy, and social skillsEncouraging positive behaviour and keeping pupils focused and engagedCreating a calm, supportive, and nurturing classroom environment Who this role is perfect for: Someone who genuinely enjoys working with young childrenA patient, caring, and positive presence in the classroomA strong communicator who builds relationships easilyA team player who wants to support teachers and pupils alikeGraduates or career changers looking to build experience in educationSomeone who wants a meaningful role from September onwards Experience in schools or childcare is helpful, but not essential, what matters most is attitude and commitment.
