If you’re an Employment Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE, this is an excellent opportunity to join a highly ranked Employment & Immigration team advising employers across the UK and internationally. The role offers a balanced mix of advisory, litigation and transactional work, alongside clear development pathways within a collaborative and forward‑thinking environment.
This position suits a solicitor who enjoys working closely with clients, handling varied instructions, and playing an active role within a wider employment practice.

You’ll advise employer clients on a broad range of employment matters, including:
- Employment tribunal litigation and pre‑hearing work
- Employment law and HR advisory support
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and procedures
- Settlement agreements and employee relations issues
- Employment input on corporate and commercial transactions
- Delivering training and contributing to business development
This role would suit an Employment Solicitor who:
- Has 2+ years’ PQE in employment law
- Is confident managing their own caseload with support
- Communicates clearly with clients and colleagues
- Is organised, adaptable and commercially aware
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a wider team
