The role focuses on leading employability workshops, supporting career mentoring and working closely with schools, employers and partners to maximise impact. You will engage directly with young people, including those who are NEET or at risk, adapt content to meet diverse needs, and contribute to programme development. Responsibilities also include impact measurement, reporting and stakeholder engagement. Hybrid working (Bristol based)
