We’re on the lookout for a proactive and caring Positive Behaviour Mentor to help pupils with everyday learning and tasks. You could be the person to build strong, trusted relationships with young people who need a little extra support to engage and thrive in a school environment. What we’re looking for: Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needsConfidence in managing challenging behaviourA calm, patient and resilient approach Someone who genuinely wants to make a difference What you’ll be doing: Working 1:1 with pupils, supporting behavioural and emotional needsWorking alongside teachers and staff to implement behaviour strategiesLeading small group activitiesHelping pupils engage with learningSupport pupils to feel safe and understood Why Protocol?
