Isomorphic Labs seeks a Technical Support Operations Manager to oversee user-facing IT support, application integration, and platform operations in London. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with team management, designing support strategies and infrastructure automation for a growing AI-driven drug discovery organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee integration of internal multi-user tools and applications, managing full software lifecycle
- Build and improve technical support model, managing Alphabet/Google ecosystem navigation
- Manage, mentor, and develop high-performing collaborative technical operations team
- Partner with stakeholders across Workplace, Engineering, and scientific divisions on technical roadmap delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience managing small technical support teams with hands-on end-user involvement
- Extensive background in end-user support and resolving complex internal technical issues
- Experience with Identity & Access Management (SSO) implementation and administration
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, SQL, or Go for operational workflow automation
- Ability to design and build systems administration group strategy
- Experience leading non-technical teams and managing onboarding, offboarding, ticketing processes
