What You'll Do
CoreWeave is building the next-generation public cloud for accelerated workloads, and our team is growing rapidly. As part of the Administrative & Operations function, you will support executives who are driving high-impact, cross-company initiatives. We value adaptability, ownership, and a sense of humor as we move fast and scale quickly.
In this role, you will provide day-to-day support for the VP for EMEA, ensuring they can operate efficiently and stay focused on top priorities. You will manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones, coordinate travel and expenses, and support key team activities including meetings, offsites, and reporting. You'll play a central role in keeping the leadership team organized, informed, and moving forward by anticipating needs, driving follow-ups, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience providing executive support to VP-level or above
- Proven project management experience
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Google Calendar, Slack, and Microsoft Office
- Experience coordinating travel logistics and processing expense reports
- Experience with event planning and meeting coordination
- Demonstrated ability to improve or streamline processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across time zones
- Strong written communication skills, including drafting and editing documents
- Ability to independently execute tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
- Experience working in a high-growth or rapidly scaling environment
- Familiarity with cross-functional coordination and leadership support

The base salary range for this role is £68,000 to £90,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
