Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Head Dental Receptionist/TCO to join us at our award winning, 95% private practice, Dental Beauty St Albans. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team in the St Albans area.
You will be joining a fantastic group of clinicians and wider support staff, led by our Partner Dr. Nirav Dalia, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. The practice is very accessible via public transport, only a 15 minute walk from St Albans City Train Station .
Hours
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Occasional over time in the evenings or Saturday cover is needed
Key Responsibilities
- Lead our front of house team, to perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
- Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
- Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
- Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
- To ensure compliances with DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPR
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
- If no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or medical coordinator role
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
- Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
- Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
