*** 6 sessions a week available over a Wednesday Thursday Friday ***
The clinics will be two sessions, to cover the opening hours of 8am - 6:30pm. With this the shift times can be flexible to suit yourself as a locum, for example 8-4, 9-5, 10-6 or 10:30-6:30. The training Wednesday's would be 1 session 8am - 12noon. The clinical system in place at the centre is SystmOne
Your day would be broken down as follows;
Morning Clinic 08:00am to 12:00pm (18 face to face appointments max)
30 minutes unpaid lunch
12:30 to 13:30 1 hour/tasks/rarely a home visit but is a possibility
Afternoon Clinic 13:30 to 16:00 (12 face to face appointments max) As well as the colleagues you will work with at the Walk in Centre, there is a very strong community team who aid the service on a daily basis. This position is open with immediate effect and any successful candidate has option to begin work commencing the week beginning 15th April. The hourly rate on offer for this position is very competitive for this region of the UK at the moment. We can offer a minimum of £80.00 an hour to locum GPs.
