SALES PROGRESSION ADMINISTRATOR – CHORLTON
£27,000 basic + commission | Monday–Friday | South Manchester
I’m working with a successful independent estate agency in South Manchester, who are looking for an organised and personable Sales Progression Administrator to join their team in Chorlton.
This would be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, speaking to people and making sure property sales keep moving! You’ll be joining a friendly, established team and working alongside experienced colleagues.
The role will include:
- Onboarding new sales and completing AML checks
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, surveyors and mortgage brokers
- Keeping on top of property chains and chasing progress
- Booking surveys
- Keeping clients regularly updated
- Troubleshooting any delays along the way
- Keeping the CRM and sales records up to date
They’re looking for someone who is:
- Organised with great attention to detail
- Confident and friendly on the phone
- A good communicator
- Proactive and happy to chase things when needed!
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Able to juggle a busy workload
Previous experience within sales progression, estate agency, conveyancing or administration would be ideal.
From £27,000 + commission after successful completion of probation
Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
