- Providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to fee earners.
- Managing diaries, email inboxes, appointments and correspondence.
- Assisting with document preparation, formatting, proof-reading and report production.
- Printing, scanning, filing and collating legal documentation.
- Supporting client onboarding and matter opening processes, ensuring accurate system updates.
- Coordinating meetings, conference calls and client events, including travel and accommodation arrangements where required.
- Assisting with court bundles, legal filings and liaising with relevant external bodies.
- Processing billing information, expense claims and time recording data.
- Conducting searches and administrative research as required.
- Supporting business development and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborating with colleagues to provide administrative cover and maintain high service standards.
- Assisting senior support staff and undertaking ad hoc projects as required.
