Our Workplace Services Team is looking for a passionate and dedicated Workplace Project Manager to join our amazing team and help make a difference today!

About the Role:

As a Workplace Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and managing workplace projects from inception through to completion. You will:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of workplace and transformation projects

• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources effectively

• Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions

• Oversee the implementation of innovative workplace strategies

• Ensure all projects align with organisational goals and support a positive working environment

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual who brings:

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders

• Proven leadership capability, inspiring teams to deliver high-quality outcomes

• Experience in project management methodologies and tools (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent)

• A solid understanding of workplace design principles and how they enhance productivity and wellbeing

You will be proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous improvement.

Additional Information:

• This post is permanent/full time, working 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

• The job holder will be required to work flexibly, involving weekend and evening work.
