CLIENT RELATIONSHIP ADMINISTRATOR, Guernsey

Our client is a leading global provider of insurance and wealth management solutions with a reputation for excellence in the international financial services sector is seeking a Client Relationship Administrator to support their client services team. THE ROLE
You will provide administrative support to the Client Relationship team, managing a portfolio of Life and Disability clients. Working closely with Client Relationship Executives, you'll ensure consistent delivery of exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. This is a fast-paced role where you'll manage deadlines independently and contribute to continuous improvement across the function.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Support Client Relationship Executives with client portfolio management
• Maintain and enhance service standards across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage correspondence, scheduling, and administrative workflows
• Ensure attention to detail in all client-facing and internal documentation
• Prioritize workload independently and meet tight deadlines
• Collaborate with Corporate Services teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
• 2–3 years' experience in a client service environment
• Ideally from a financial services background
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset with drive for continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
