Your new role

This Healthcare Inquests solicitor role will see you join a highly successful team that handles a breadth of interesting and cutting edge work. You will handle Inquests, Court of Protection and best interest cases. In addition, you will advise on public and patient involvement and consultation, governance, including information governance, judicial review and human rights issues. As part of your wider healthcare remit, you will advise on patient complaints, SUI and Ombudsman investigations and you will also advise on health sector legislation and mental health matters.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a solicitor or barrister who has healthcare related experience that includes Inquests and advocacy exposure. With a broad base of experience, you should be a good communicator who can work effectively within a team.
