What you'll be doing
- Leading employment law support across the Liverpool market
- Advising on complex ER matters, tribunals, and strategy

- Shaping policies, processes and best practice
- Playing a key role in growing AfterAthena in the region
What we are looking for
- Senior employment lawyer (ideally 6+ PQE, but we'll flex for the right person)
- Someone commercially minded who enjoys client relationships
- A natural problem-solver who thrives on variety
- A builder—someone who wants to create , not just maintain
