You'll play a key role in growing and strengthening The King's Trust's network of employers and delivery partners, helping to create high-quality employability, training and job opportunities for young people across England. By building and nurturing effective partnerships, you'll ensure young people can access the support, experiences and opportunities they need to take their next steps towards employment.

You'll work closely with colleagues across The King's Trust to ensure seamless onboarding and handover of partners, maintaining excellent partner experiences throughout their journey with us. Alongside this, you'll keep accurate records on our systems, support procurement processes where needed and ensure all activity is compliant with safeguarding, health and safety, data protection and funding requirements.

As a valued member of a collaborative national team, you'll be proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities across a large geographical area. You'll be happy working both virtually and face-to-face, with regular travel to meet partners and attend events. At The King's Trust, we're committed to equality, diversity and inclusion. You'll champion our EDI commitments through your work with partners and colleagues, helping to create environments where young people from all backgrounds can thrive. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who is passionate about building partnerships, creating opportunities and making a meaningful difference to young people's futures.
