Key Responsibilities
- Designing and executing targeted sales strategies that generate new business and grow our transacting customer base among local mechanics and garages
- Getting under the skin of customer needs to craft bespoke solutions that set LKQ apart from the competition
- Staying ahead of the curve on market trends, competitor activity, and garage scheme propositions within the independent garage sector
- Owning your numbers — delivering against KPIs focused on new business acquisition and customer growth
- Partnering closely with Area Sales, Operations, Concept Account Management, and Specialist Sales teams to bring strategies to life
- Championing collaboration across LKQ channels to keep everyone aligned and pulling in the same direction
- Coaching and mentoring the wider sales team, setting the standard for best-practice sales behaviours
