Pertemps are looking to hire multiple production staff for our customer in Gainsborough. Due to grow, our customer would like to add to their already successful manufacturing team. As a Semi-Skilled Operative, you’ll play a vital role in turning raw materials into finished products that meet the high-quality standards our customers expect. Shifts:
There are 2 shifts you can choose from, you will NOT rotate.

- AM Shift - Monday to Friday – 06:00 to 14:30
- PM Shift - Monday to Thursday – 14:30 to 01:00
- AM Shift - £13.15ph. Overtime, £19.73ph (Mon to Sat) & £26.30ph (Sun)
- PM Shift - £15.00ph. Overtime, £19.73ph (Mon to Sat) & £26.30ph (Sun)
- Incoming Goods
- Laser Operations
- Machine Operations
- Stores
- Assembly and Packing
- Despatch
- Maintain high housekeeping standards in all work areas.
- Generate and maintain all relevant documentation.
- Work to customer specifications.
- Adhere to Health & Safety (H&S) policies
- Basic computer literacy.
- Experience working with metal-forming equipment,presses, rollers, and formers.
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety practices.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in various production areas.
