It's a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in remortgage or residential conveyancing who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in delivering an excellent level of client service. You will join an experienced and supportive team, working closely with Conveyancers to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.

The Role
As a Conveyancing Assistant / Case Handler, you will provide vital support to a Conveyancer and assist with the efficient progression of residential property transactions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing an excellent level of customer service to clients and corporate referrers
- Supporting a Conveyancer to achieve conversion, service and performance targets
- Managing electronic and paper-based files and carrying out a range of administrative duties
- Chasing clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties for outstanding information and documentation
- Chasing funds from lenders, clients and other solicitors
- Assisting with exchanges and completions
- Inputting and interpreting key data, including redemption figures
- Preparing, sending and checking legal documentation
- Reviewing and inputting mortgage offers on purchase transactions
- Assisting with enquiries on sale transactions
- Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client care
About You
To be considered, you will ideally have:
- At least 12 months' experience within remortgage or residential conveyancing
- Previous experience in a conveyancing, administrative or customer service-focused role
- Experience working within a busy, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
