About you
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or related discipline
- Graduate Membership of CIPD or equivalent
- 3-5 years' generalist HR experience in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- A team player with strong leadership qualities
What you'll do
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company objectives
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives
- Provide guidance to management on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
- Act as the Training Coordinator, identifying training needs and coordinating internal and external programmes
- Maintain accurate HR records and oversee HR administrative tasks
- Lead initiatives to maintain and achieve accreditation standards such as Investors in People and ISO standards
