We are excited to be partnering with a global organisation in Sussex to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. This is a great opportunity to work within a global environment, providing both strategic and operational people support. Working closely with managers, leaders and HR colleagues, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience while driving people initiatives that support business performance and organisational growth.
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will work across a broad range of HR activities, from employee relations and talent development to organisational change and people–focused projects. This role offers excellent exposure to global stakeholders and senior leadership teams, making it ideal for an HR professional looking to broaden their experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide proactive HR guidance and support to employees, managers and leaders across the full employee lifecycle.
- Advise on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes and grievances.
- Support the delivery and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and employee experience initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate a range of people projects, ensuring clear planning, stakeholder engagement and successfuldelivery.
- Assist with talent management, succession planning, learning and development activities.
- Drive organisational development initiatives that enhance capability, engagement and performance.
- Support change programmes and the implementation of HR systems, tools and processes.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and deliver key people priorities.
We are keen to hear from HR professionals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems and making a positive impact within an organisation. You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or People Partner role.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment practices and HR operations.
- Experience working within a complex, global or matrix environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging with managers and senior leaders.
- Strong organisational and project coordination capabilities.
- A collaborative and solutions–focused approach to problem–solving.
- Experience using HR systems and people data to support decision–making.
- A degree, CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience is desirable.
