Salary: £45,000 – £48,000 + Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Engineer looking to join a leading Facilities Management company? We’re hiring for a Foot Mobile Engineer to support a portfolio of high-end Apartments in the West End area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical building services.
• Maintain and service HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs and associated plant room equipment.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on pumps, motors, valves and associated mechanical components.
• Carry out inspections and routine servicing of mechanical plant and equipment.
• Maintain heating, chilled water and domestic water systems.
• Complete mechanical repairs and installations where required.
• Identify potential issues and carry out preventative measures to minimise breakdowns.
• Keep accurate maintenance records using a PDA system.
• Liaise with subcontractors for specialist works.
• Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety requirements and site regulations.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• City & Guilds Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing or equivalent.
• Proven experience in commercial or residential building maintenance.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems and associated mechanical plant.
• Experience working on pumps, motors, valves and pipework systems.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently across multiple sites.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
