Computational Biologics Design - Associate Principal Scientist

Associate Principal Scientist role leading computational design of biologic therapeutics using AI and structural biology. The position involves developing in silico strategies across oncology, respiratory, and cardiovascular programs, integrating advanced computational tools, and collaborating with discovery teams to advance antibody and protein-based therapeutics.
Responsibilities
- Lead computational strategy for multiple therapeutic programs and inform design decisions with project teams
- Develop scalable structural analytics workflows connecting sequence, structure, and experimental data
- Evaluate and deploy next-generation computational tools and platforms for biologics discovery
- Drive AI-driven and machine learning approaches to design and optimize proteins, VHHs, and antibodies
- Mentor colleagues and communicate complex computational concepts to non-specialist audiences
Requirements
- PhD in structural biology, computer science, bioinformatics, physics, or mathematics
- Expertise in computational structural biology and data analysis methods
- Hands-on experience with structural modelling platforms such as Schrodinger or Rosetta
- Knowledge of antibody discovery, optimization, and protein structure design
- Proficiency applying generative AI, machine learning, or deep learning to protein and antibody design
- Strong professional communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience working effectively within team environments
