Rate: £19-20ph
We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Striker to join a project in Cardiff .
The Role
You will be working as part of a construction team, assisting skilled tradespeople and supporting the smooth running of the site. The ideal candidate will have previous construction experience, a strong work ethic and a good understanding of site health and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting skilled tradespeople on site
- Preparing and moving materials, tools and equipment
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
- Loading and unloading materials
- Following instructions from supervisors and site management
- Supporting general construction activities as required
- Adhering to all site health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous striker experience
- CSCS card preferred
- Good understanding of health and safety
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and able to work in a busy construction environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Own PPE
