Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator

We are recruiting for experienced Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing team on a temp-to-perm basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operating manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.

* Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met.

* Carrying out end-of-line duties, including packing finished products.

* Labelling products accurately and preparing them for dispatch.

* Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

* Following health and safety procedures at all times.

* Assisting with other production duties as required.

Working Hours:

* 12-hour shifts (days and nights).

* Rotating shift pattern.

* Flexibility to work both day and night shifts is essential.

Requirements:

* Previous factory or manufacturing experience is essential.

* Experience operating production machinery is preferred.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
