St Paul’s School seeks an exceptional educational leader to become its next Whole School Director of Inclusion.

The Whole School Director of Inclusion will provide strategic leadership for learning support across the Whole School, championing inclusive practice, advising senior leaders on SEND provision, and strengthening continuity between the Prep and Senior Schools. Working closely with colleagues, parents and pupils, they will help ensure that all learners are empowered to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will bring significant experience in inclusive education, together with the credibility, vision and leadership skills to influence practice across a high-performing academic community. They will be an inspirational and collaborative leader, committed to fostering a culture in which every pupil is supported to flourish and achieve their full potential.
